Yellow Finger Gorgonian feeding?

Just got my order in from GARF.org. Went there to order some GARF Grunge and they were having a special on soft corals 10 for $100 plus 2 pounds of grunge. So, I couldn't help my self... now that they are here 2 are Yellow & Orange Finger Gorgonian. Site says they must be feed twice a week.

What's the best thing to feed these guys?

Do I just feed the tank or do I sprinkle food directly on the coral?

Get some DTs live phytoplankton, turn off the power heads, and spot feed it.

I als feed mine DT's. It is the best stuff if you can handle the smell. Gargonians require high movement and lower light. If you look in the morning before tank lights come on you should see it with all of it's polyps extended, very cool. mine also extends when i feed DT's solution. good luck...Lando
