1 or 2 fish for a 10g

Okay so my last idea for an empty 10g was for breeding guppies... And some feel that it is too small for that many fish. My next idea is the tank can be a tank for 1 or 2 fish only. Any ideas?

They recommend they get fed snails once a week. They chew on the shells, filing their cute little beaks

They aren't really necessary for dwarf puffers their teeth don't grow as long as some of the larger puffers. I recommend that you only get one for a ten gallon tho.
