2 weeks into cycle

so i am 2 weeks into my fishless cycle in my 55 gal, i used the info on this site to decide on using pure ammonia, dosed it up to 4ppm, and sat tight, so far i have seen it drop to nearly 2ppm, i then boosted it back up to 4 ppm, during this time my nitrite reading is 1 ppm and my nitrate is 10 ppm, i added some decorations from my old tank to give it a kick start, i am busy going through an algae bloom too, i am testing every day, i am counting down the days, in the mean time i have made some tunnels out of 4" black pvc pipe, bought some drift wood wich is soaking and bought a cool blue led spotlight, but no fish yet, hope it dosnt take too long, but i would never add fish till it is totally cycled
