30 gallon stocking question?

i have a standard 30 gallon (36longx18highx12deep). i have a marineland penguin 350B rated at 60 gallons. I currently have 5 buenos aires tetras, and 5 tiger barbs, 4 very small snails, 1 dwarf gourami, and 5 java loaches. i was wondering if i could possibly add 5 more tetras and five more tiger barbs. i do a weekly 30 percent water change. this would be my final addition to the tank. thanks!

Not an expert, but I think you may be at max... Idk for sure though...
