I have a 20 gallon tank with a variety of tetras, 3 kinds of snails, a female beta, 2 banded and 2 Java loaches and three guppies (a male and female black lace, and a blue female that’s apparently a “fancy guppy”).
They all get along very well, actually they seem to get sad if I ever try to split the numbers to provide more room but that’s besides the point.
My one banded loach, and BOTH female guppies have been pregnant/gravid since January. I love my plump little fish but I so desperately want to take care of babies again, (my blue guppie is the daughter of my first fish that I got from a pet smart and it absolutely sparked my aquarium interests)
Any advice on how best to start this process? I’ve tried setting up spawning tanks but again, when I separated any of the fish it really stressed them out.
