Can I put 3 american flag fish, 12 tiger barbs, and either 2 convicts,2 yellow convicts, or 2 keyholes in a 37 g? I'm really unhappy with my peaceful community I have right now so I want to try something new

Should work. I'd do the convicts. I might skip the American flag fish though as I think they do best in cooler waters unless you had planned on keeping it a bit on the cool side.
