Albino brittle nose pleco

I bought an albino brittle nose Pleco for my 100 G community tank. Right now it is small, maybe around 2.5 inches. He has been in my 10G QT tank for three weeks, so far he is doing good.
I'm ready to move him to the big tank, but I have the following questions:

How big he will get?
Is he going to eat my plants? I have Anubias nana and Amazon swords.
