What type of algae is this on my anubius and how do I get rid of it?

Green Spot Algae
Black Beard Algae
1) Reduce lights to maximum 6 hours per day
2) Ensure plants are getting their nutrient requirements met - Fertilize
3) Ensure CO2 (if using) is dropping the pH of the tank at least a full 1.0
4) Use Flourish Excel daily at the "after water change" rate
5) Manual remove as much algae and decaying plant matter as possible
6) Remove all decaying organics from the tank - Substrate detritus espetially
7) Clean filters during each water change in old tank water - again, removes decaying organics
8) Increase water changes both frequency and amounts
