I was wondering how safe it is to use latex gloves (dish washing gloves) in an aquarium. I have injured my hand and I want to clean my tank, but I cannot get my hand wet. I would buy a pair of latex gloves to use in the tank, if they are safe.

yes they are. i would just mark them or keep them away from any others you might be using with soap or other chemicals.

Thanks. I was just wondering because it has a warning on them for allergies. I did not know if fish had any reaction to them.

I have a friend who is a vet tech, she get's me those shoulder length gloves for when I have just gotten my nails done or have an injury. They are also pretty cheap to order online.
