Blue phantom pleco

So I have an opportunity to pick up a blue phantom for $49 including shipping. It's about 3" long. Is it worth the price to get this guy or should I keep looking?

That's a average price around here at the LFS. I'd bet if you hit the MAS swaps & forums you'd probably find one even cheaper.
