Here is my current set-up:

20 gallon FW community tank
4 Harlequin Rasboras
5 Black Neon Tetras
2 Bronze Corydoras

current readings:
pH: 7.4
ammonia: 0ppm
nitrite: 0ppm
nitrate: 10 ppm

My tank has been set up since early june and completed cycling about 3 weeks ago. My temperature is always between 76-78 F. For the past few days, the tank water has been very cloudy. The fish don't seem to mind but I am afraid this could be a serious condition. I did replace the bio-bag in the Power Whisper filter a few days before the condition appeared. Any suggestions or ideas?

My first thought would be you are currently going through a mini cycle. By replacing the bio-bag, which had the majority of your bacteria residing on it, your tank is adjusting to the loss. Your tank was still too new for you to remove anything as important as that.

Why did you replace it? A good rinsing would have been fine. Unless you are removing meds from your tank or after rinsing your bio-bag several times it still clogs your system, would I replace it.

That is just my guess.
