combining tanks

so i have no idea if and when ill do this but i as ive mentioned i would like a angel and ram tank. If i got a 200litre with 2 veiltail angels and the 2 german blue rams i want to know what fish i can transfer from the smaller tanks into the large one.

Heres my current stock for the 70litre
- 6 neon tetra
- 6 hengels rasbora
- 2 sparkling gourami
- 1 scarlet badis
- 1 khuli loach
- 2 baby bristlenose plecos
- 1 guppy
- crs and cherry shrimp

my sons 50litre
- 1 dwarf gourami
- 2 platy
- 4 panda cory
- 1 golden mystery snail.

and then theres the 2.5gallon(10litre) bowl
- 1 male shortfin betta
- 1 golden mystery snail

I want to combine what i can with the angels and ram.

or another idea instead of getting the big tank i could get the fluval ebi shrimp set and put all the shrimp in there and the betta if he wont eat them.thats a possibility tho i know hmm. But if that worked then i could put the bowl away and make room for a pair of rams in the 70litre with a bit of rearranging. The shrimp were the only reason i didnt get rams.

Personally I don't think rams should go in less than a 90l which is 20g DEFINATLY go bigger lol. I would do this:
Pair of GBR
Trio of angels. Sell the one which doesn't pair
10-15 cardinal tetra
6 hen gal rasbora
8 khuli loach
The britlenoses
10 panda cory.
The reason I put cardinals in instead of your neons is they might get eaten. You could try them if they are a decent size. Good luck!
