I've never seen a fish with ich before but is this ich?
You can see it on her top fun and a bit on her back fin

Oh that's just her natural spots. Many (most) female Bettas have those itty bitty spots on their fins like that. Nothing to worry about!
{ich are white spots on the exterior of the fish not inside their fins}

And to add further description to that they look like little grains of salt stuck to your fish - you will know if your fish has ich.

No, google ich pictures and you will see there is nothing wrong with the fish in the picture you have.
