Well there's probably lots of options. The one that first comes to mind is Amazon, I mean you can by the eye of Sauron on it so they probably have that tank.
If not I'd check around at LFS' and then different aquarium dedicated websites (GLA,ADA, Mr. Aqua, etc...)
If all else fails hit up a contractor.

Single fish
Why do so many fish keepers stock individual fish instead of several. I've seen all kinds of posts station that "I have one zebra danio, one back tetra, one blue gourami, etc.) With few exceptions, fish do better in groups even if they don't school.
In addition, I see people who put tetras in with rainbowfish, livebearers with angels, etc. Some fish like soft water and some hard water, some high pH and some lower. Some people seem to assume that fish can adjust to any water. Believe me, fish do better in groups and they do better in water closest to their native habitat.
