I want new Guppy Puppies!

"Dadda, I want more Guppy Puppies!"
Ahh...the mind of a 2 year old!
I was wondering, and I'm not the only one, how long do Guppies stay pregnant for?
Our Guppies, 2 females, had a total of 9 fry last week and they look pregnant again.
Any help would be appreciated.

You should have had more than 9 fry from two females though. One of my females had over 30. You will know if she is about to give birth when she “looks like she is about to explode”

Ahhhhhh, Guppy puppies how sweet is that.

When female guppies give birth the refurtalize themselves, They don't need the male each time. Once furtalized by the male the female can go on and have several lots of babies without him. She will only need him again when she runs out.
