6 of my tiger barbs have ich.. ive raised the temperature and put in melafix and primafix and took cartridge out..

what can i do?

im going out of town tomorrow for a week

Do a water change, match the temp and make sure the temp is up while you are gone to over 87. Make sure to add extra aeration and have whoever is feeding your fish while you are gone, not overfeed.
