What do you all normally do if you find one of your fish missing parts of its fin?

I know she is just going to suffer. The rest of the fish will continue to nip at her. I have no idea what happened. ?

Can you shift to a large breeding net or hospital tank? Lately with breeding nets, I've been using a smaller one inside a larger one. That way if they are on the bottom of the net sleeping, fish still can't get to them as there is two nets and an internal space between the nets to protect them.
