Is a 2 gallon tank sufficient for a breeder box

I bought a few mollies from pets mart that are very pregnant with the intention of saving the fry and using them for food to my many fish but I want to know if this is enough space for the mother to be comfortable and give birth.

If it's just for when they're about to pop and then back into the community it's fine as long as there is some cover .... moss/decor etc. As a permanent breeding space, not so much.
