Is this an oto?

The pet store had oto labeled on the tank and I got two of them. The other is much smaller then this guy, he is about 3 inches! Do otos get that big? I'm not convinced! Haha. What do you guys think?

Nope. Either chinese algae eaters or siamese algae eaters. Most likely will get to a foot long and kill anything it can.
 
It look like a Gyrinocheilus... Albinos chinese algae eater. They become 15cm long, and become very agressive and territorial when they become bigger.

I kept one in a 10g tank with tetra cardinals and he was happy for 1 year. No agression, but I rehomed it to prevent any agression.
 
They exchanged it for a real oto! Haha. He took forever to catch!
