I noticed this fluffy stuff on my wood, I wondered if its mold and what I should do about it?

If it's white stringy ... Thread like .. Yeah it's normal for some DW. That kind of looks like Mopani DW... Is so, mine had it for the first few weeks it was in the tank. Didn't harm any fish and my Red-Tail shark went nuts eating it up. Went away on its own. I've also heard of it showing up on DW that's already been in a tank for months ... Aquariums are constantly maturing and evolving.

I have not met a piece of Mopani wood that did not grow that stuff. It'll go away on its own.
