White algae or something else?

I was wondering if anyone could identify this white stuff growing on the plant decor of my freshwater tank and advise me on how to get rid of it besides scrubbing it off. Thank you!

Looks like mould, possibly from uneaten food. How much food are you feeding?

Currently once a day. I will try feeding every other day. Thanks for your reply!

But how much are you putting in the tank when you feed? Everything should be eaten in 3 minutes.

Don't reduce feedings, reduce the amount of food you feed to only what the fish will eat in 1-2 minutes. Remove any uneaten food after that time. You can feed fish multiple times per day as long as you don't overfeed at each feeding. ( I typically feed 3 times per day. )

Two eyeballs per fish once a day. They eat it all minus the tiny barely visible specks at the end which I take out.

Okay. If it were Bettas, that would have been too much food.
