Layout of 29 gallon

I was wondering what you think of how I want this to look. It's 29 gallon, foot print of 30 x 12
The dashes on the long sides are 5in. And short sides are 6. The left side gets hard to see, but the back corner is a 5.5 in. Cichlid stone and the front is a rock formation I will be creating, like the 2nd pic, only more rocks. As for plant, I want java fern, amazon sword, and Anubis, as wel as Mabye a red plant. The lighting isn't that great,42 white LEDs and 3 blue LEDs. My fish will be along the lines of
1 apistogramma
1 gbr
1 swordtail
6 cherry barbs
4 Julii Cory cats
3 otos
3 guppys
And possibablly a female betta! Thanks!!!

I wouldn't do a apistogramma, GBR and a female betta.I would pick one

I would also minus one of the DC as they will both want territories which a 29 can't really provide.

Lol they love warm! But can survive at room temp
