Moving my fish outside.. a few questions .

I am moving my gold fish outside.

Does it stress the fish to be moved to the outside . I mean they have been in the nice temp. control house for 2 years. Now they are going to get rained on and stuff . So will they be ok ?

Next I am moving them to a 200 gal . Stock tank, do I need a filter and heater ?

Anything else I should know ?

What type of goldfish? What are the water temps outside right now? Many people move Goldie's in for the winters & back out again in the spring when it sufficiently warms up. A 200g tub will still need some type of filtration & aeration. A heater would depend on cold it is right now, type goldfish & whether they will be outside permanently now.
