Hello -- I'm planning on setting up a nano-tank environment in an oddly shaped aquarium. The tank is 48"L x 12"H x 6"D for a volume of roughly 15 gallons. Planning on red cherry shrimp (or similar), pygmy Corys, Otocinclus. Can I put a pair of Microgeophagus ramirezi in this setup or are they big enough to cause problems keeping the shrimp?

Thanks for any advice in advance.

Any fish can possibly be a problem for shrimp. They may not eat them whole but may just rip them apart or stress them. The corydoras and otos would be fine with shrimp.

It's pretty narrow for a ram but maybe doable because of the length?? I agree with Sara, the shrimp maybe food for the Rams.
