Neon tetra holding?

I'm skeptical because it would be unintentional breeding on my part and we have hard alkaline water. No pine coning present. Sorry for the poor picture quality she's quick. If she is I need pointers on what to do and when.

You do know neon tetras dont actually get pregnant. Not like a molly or guppy. They disperse eggs and the male will fertilise them. So no your neon is not holding.
