- Hi all.

- I'm a Newbie, and need some advice...I filled my 46g this morning to begin my cycle process, and when it was complete, there are bubbles all over everything!

- It almost looks like a "mist" is covering everything inside my tank.
- The filter p/u, the heater, the spray tube, the one decorative rock in there, and all over the glass too.

- Does this disipate over time or what do I need to do?

- All help is greatly appreciated!
- Thanks!

yeah, the water splashing into the tank supersaturates the water with oxygen, and you get - BUBBLES (I said that in my finest Nemo impersonation, did you hear it?)

You have 2 choices. As the water warms up and stirs a bit, it will eventually clear itself. Or, take your hand, an algae scraper, etc, and just wipe them off.

- WOW! Quick response!

- I kinda thought it was something like that, but wanted to be sure.

- Thanks Neilanh.
