I just got a dwarf puffer and i am wondering if I shouldn't introduce pond snails to his tank. I already have a thriving colony of ramshorns but keep seeing pond snails listed as preferred food for them. If I introduce some to just his tank, will I be able to keep them out of my other tanks? I have separate tools for each tank. All except the electric vacuum. I use it on all three of my tanks. I clean between tanks. Would that be enough to keep pong snails from getting to my other tanks? As long as I do not take plants cuttings from the puffer tank, I should be alright right?

Any snail is fine for dwarf puffer, even the ramshorn. I'd keep pond snails away if you plan to interchange equipment between tanks.
