I have 20g tank that has a breeding colony of Red Shrimp and recently I noticed the snail population is blooming. Everytime I feed the shrimp the snails clime all over the food and the shrimp just kinda sit to the side and watch the snails eat the food. So my question is there anyway to rid my tank of snails without killing the shrimp? Let me know.

Thanks
Sam

yes and no. two best ways i know of is to feed the shrimp wait until the snails come and pick them out. another way is assassin snails. they do breed in fw but very slowly. they eat pest snails. i now have them in all of my shrimp tanks because of this.
