Staple food for fancy goldfish

I have orandas, fantails, shubunkin, lionhead, black Moores common and telescopic eye. What's the best food to feed them to give them what they need and stay healthy? I mean I have pro gold, frozen bloodworms. Can't feed em flakes. They can't see em. Any input ?

Making your own gel food is probably the best thing you can do. I also feed mine New Life Spectrum with some fruits and vegetables.
