I have this 5.5 gallon tank which is empty collecting dust so I've decided to use it, so what could i stock this with.I was thinking I could have maybe 5-6 guppies in it

A couple of guppies would be fine, I would probably only put 3 or 4 males in there though. Endlers are a bit smaller but male guppies are pretty small also, the tail just makes them look a lot bigger than they are.
