Tankmates for bolivian rams and angelfish

Hi all! After seeing that Bolivian Rams don't need as soft of water as German Blues, I have decided to get 2 with an angelfish. What else could get along with these fish? I'm thinking some type of schooling fish possibly.....dwarf neon rainbowfish would be cool but need a much lower pH than what I can offer them.....and I don't know if it's true but AqAdvisor says that angelfish will eat Blue Emperor Tetras? Is that true? If not, I will probably get those......

I currently have a bolivian ram and an angelfish housed with khuli loaches, gold barbs, cherry barbs, and neon tetras. Neither the angelfish or the ram have bothered any other fish, not even the tetras, and they have been in the same tank for almost a year.

I had blue rams angels and a dwarf gourami and there were no problems. Plus dwarfs are really kool

If you want a South American biotope some marbled or silver hatchet fish would be great.

I would say cherry barbs. Or cardinal tetras.

could a keyhole cichlid be kept with them?

I have GBRs and keyholes together. So I would say yes
