There are these things in my tank...should they be there?

The friendliest place on the web for anyone with an interest in aquariums or fish keeping!
If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
I did a search in google images, and the first pic I clicked on looks like what I've got. I'm gonna check some more, but I think we have a winner. I also think I know how I got them.

They are also very hard to get remove from the aquarium, and will often transfer to other tanks on plants.

Seems like they'll be fine with my guppies since they don't lay eggs. I'm going to do a little more research and make sure this is what I have. A magnifying glass would do well when I look at them too.

Ok, I'm 99.9% confident that they're planaria. Thanks CRaZeeeBiTcHisHeRe. Seems as though the best way to get rid of them is just clean my tank better, feed a little less for a bit, and let the pleco eat them. And perhaps if there are still some hangin around when I have some guppy fry, they will take care of them as well.
