Can someone help me?

What size tank, and turtle?

Do you know your water parameters?

Likely needs a water change. Check my signature link for water keeping / nitrification cycle info. You need beneficial bacteria to consume/ convert ammonia from uneaten foods an fish or turtle waste which is toxic into a non toxic form.

The filter size may need to increase, or add an additional big filter to accommodate the large amount of waste from a turtle.

Cloudy or yellowy cloudy water could mean a bacterial or algae bloom.
