Unhappy with HOB
Old setup
I was very unhappy with my marineland hob filter. The first one quit working all together so be bought a new one. That one started squealing and stopped water transfer, would only fill and filter when it wanted to. I took it to my lfs and they told me nothing was wrong with it. I was fed up. I went online and bought an aquatop cf300 canister.
I downsized from a 29gallon to a 20 gallon. Set it all up yesterday. The canister runs quieter than the hob ever did! My water is Crystal clear andy fish seem to love their new tank!
