Upside down catfish

I bought two of these guys about 6 months ago. I saw them at a large aquarium nearby and decided I needed some for my personal aquarium. Does anyone know if these guys like to be in schools. I rarely see mine. They're always hidden in caves. I Just wondered if with greater numbers if they may feel safer and swim more

A lot of the smaller Synodontis catfish travel in schools. I think the upside down catfish fits that mold. A school of 5 or 6 would likely liven up the tank.
