Im sorry if I keep asking these little questions but if I take the filter media out of the filter box and carefully move it around for literally 30 seconds or less. Will and good bacteria from the filter die or fall of? Just wondering if I have to upgrade filters or in emergencies.

Thanks!!! ;-)

No. Bacteria have a pretty good grip on their surfaces.

As above. I regularly transfer filter media around for cleaning or swapping between tanks with no issues. Being dried out could be more of an issue.

Bacteria isn't going to just fall off the media. However, if you're taking it out of the water then yes some might be dying off. But not enough to worry about or ever notice. Some needs to die so more can take its place!
