Aquarium Advice Regular
Yes this is a Odysessa(sp) fixture you may see on E-bay.
130 watts total output or 110 watts depending on the bulbs.
It came with 2 65 watt 50/50 bulbs, 6700k daylight & actinic blue I believe.
48" long so perfect for a 40/55/or even 75 gallon tank.
Be weary of being used for FW use, if you don't have enough plants this will turn your tank green. (Ask me how I know!)
Perfect for SW use especially if your going FWOLR or as a sumplimental to your existing lights.
This is an uncooled fixture so best is a open tank top or an existing fan cooled canopy. If not it will keep your tank roughly 78-80 depending on ambient temp without a heater if enclosed. It even kept my unheated 10 gallon sitting on the stand atop at 76-78 through radiant heat.
All I'm asking is $50 shipped, the unit will be clean and free of any mineral deposits. It is also an external ballast with can be hung on a wall or hidden out of view, fairly long cord.
I would mostly like a money order or certified cashiers check but will take Paypal. The formers just make getting it into my checking account speedier.
Thanks!
