Different types of shrimp in the same tank.

Thinking of setting up a 3rd tank and making it a planted shrimp tank, was wondering if its ok for different breeds to be housed together or what the rule is on that. Thanks in advance for the help.

depends on which type of shrimps. Neos shrimps (cherries, yellow, pumpkin, chocolate, blue velvet, rili) cannot be house together, they will cross and make brown shrimp. You can keep crs and a type neo together if you can balance the water parameters.
