Divided shrimp tank ideas?

Ok guys so I have a spare 10 gal I'm thinking of dividing and turning into a shrimp heaven lol. I've seen people divide tasks using needle point plastic mesh. I've also seen people make moss walls using the same mesh. Soooi my thought is to make 2 moss walls and use them as tank dividers. My question is do you think that will be a problem for the filter? I plan to divide the tank into 3 sections with the heater/ filter in the middle. I can also put an air stone in each end section to help with the flow.
Thoughts suggestions?

Personally if you dont want them mixed up id silicon a piece of glass in there then build the moss wall and run two seperate sponge filters

I think it will probably not circulate very well with moss walls and if they really wanted the shrimps could climb across the wall (depending on shrimp)
