Got a breeder kit for red cherry shrimp

Awesome! I love my marina breeder for shrimp as well! I just hate how noisy it is though...

Yeah, you can hatch shrimp eggs with the water coming from the spout. Lets say one of your female shrimp dies while she berried, you can put the unhatched eggs in a net right under the spout and the eggs should still hatch within a few weeks.

I was worried about that too, but my kit came with two different gates, one smaller one, and one bigger one. I've found out that the smaller gate works well with adult shrimp and juvie shrimp. Newborns, Im not sure.

Theyre pretty cool you hook up a air pump to it and it blows air inside a tube which carries water through it and pours out the other side try looking on ebay or amazon

Hi I have the same breeder with guppie fry in and I was wondering if the fry being so tiny might swim under the gate so I used a nail file and just filed the bottom pegs down slightly, there's still enough space for the water to get out but just lessens the chance of the fry getting out, great breeder box though.

Its a plastic box with 3 chambers you connect a air pump than it blows water in by pushing bubbles up a tube than the water gets inside than goes out a gate on the other side its pretty cool if u want more pics of it let me know
