Hey

Iv got in my 37lt tank RCS and guppy fry, iv got over 40 RCS from 3 females and 3 males and was wondering if I needed to add a few more girls and boys to make a bigger gene pool ? Do shrimp suffer from in breading much ?

They can suffer from inbreeding. Inbreeding is part of the reason that shrimp such as OEBT's and high grade CRS are so sensitive. Nothing bad would come out of getting some more to refresh the gene pool ;)

Yeah, eventually they will have inbreeding problems as the gene pool is limited. Breeders will often cull out weaker/less desirable individuals, and add in new blood every so often.
