DIY refugium

Made a small HOB refugium out of a aquaclear 70 filter.

Filter/refugium seems to be doing well except that I have very tiny bubble coming back into the tank for this, is my flow to high?

No, the water is just falling back into the tank. Either raise the water level or use something like a sponge or panty hose to break up the return from the filter.
