Is too much light bad for coral?

The friendliest place on the web for anyone with an interest in aquariums or fish keeping!
If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
I say 10-12 hours usually. (2 hours of actinics in morning, then all lights, then 2 hours of actinics afternoon). You can always get a timer for your lights if you don't want to manually turn them on/off at the same time every day.
 
I haves coralife timer which isn't workin out at all

And I'm not at my house much cause I run a business and never home to keep track of the lights so I figured I could just leave all the lights on over night
But if that's not good for the coral I guess they'll have to go close to 12 hours of blue led night lighting until noon or so when I get here to turn the other lights on
