lighting question

Hello all,
I have 100g tank(60x18x24), I wonder if I place the current us nova 216w is good enough for fish and a few soft coral.

BTW, wetween the current us nova and the tek t5, which one is more favorable? I s the nova design for canopy?

Any amount of light is enough for fish.

however at just 2 wpg, I don't think that fixture would be enough for corals. Maybe, just maybe, some mushshrooms, but that's probably about it.
