power head question

what would be a good size power head as far as gph goes for my 20 gallon fowlr tank. I want plenty of flow but don't want to stress the fish

1 425gph powerhead I think would be enough since your tank is Fowlr

A 425 wont give as much flow as you think Id go with a 750 im running a 750 in my 20L and my clowns seem fine Id even go with two 425's one on each end of the tank this will give you a good random flow

Thanks for the info. I was thinking in the 450 to 500 gph range so I guess I was close. Any suggestions on brand. The cheaper ones have suction cups which I'm sure would come off sooner or later so I'm looking for the magnetic ones instead unless there are some good ones with suction cups....
