What’s the best way to cycle a new tank with live sand and live rock?

Time or can use bio spire or dr Tim's bacteria.

How long do you think I should wait ? I got used used live rock, and a used skimmer from a friend.

deli shrimp is the way to go

if your using true live rock you should have a rather fast cycle
that bacteria in a can you never know how long it sat on the shelf

So I should put 1 or 2 shrimp in and wait until the is completely gone and ammonia and nitrite is at 0

Or should I wait a few weeks with the live sand and live rock since the rock is already live.

let the shrimp build a little ammonia spike 2 to 4 ppm then remove, if ammonia dissipates fast you know your cycled , it's possible to see no ammonia spike if you have live rock that never spent a lot of time out of the water
remember your goal is no nitrites or ammonia present
