That depends on your feeding, your bio load, and your filtration, but do you think it's possible that your ammonia, nitrate and trate are zero because you are doing regular water changes at this time?

If you are doing weeklies now and have zero across the board, I'd stick with it. If it ain't broke....
(and do you want to risk losing livestock if they have a sudden shift on day 8 or 9?)
