What's the easiest way to clean a 10 gallon tank? What will I need?

Forgive me but... Cleaning like how? What are wanting to accomplish? An old/used tank or cleaning a new one once its stocked?

Well a new one that's stocked. I'm really wondering what's the best for cleaning the gravel. I've seen people use a suction hose and take blab out 50% of the water out n do it that way. Is that a good way?

You can use a siphon hose or water changer the the aqueon one. Just skim across the gravel and pick up the poop. You don't really have to do 50% weekly water changes. I do 20-25% water changes unless conditions call for bigger ones.
