I added three fish a few days ago, and the water seems to be clouder than usual. Could this be from excess food waste? Been feeding flakes.

Ammonia: 0ppm
Nitrite: 0.25 ppm
Nitrate: 5ppm

At cycle end it was processing 2ppm ammonia->nitrate in 24hrs or less.

Water isnt "cloudy" per say, just not ss clear as it was....

Nitrite should be 0 if it was fully cycled, .25 isn't bad but indicates that the tank isn't cycled fully. More than likely you have a bacteria bloom that will clear up once the tank has been cycles for a few weeks. Keep up on your water changes.

It consistently read 0ppm for several days....

A mini-cycle is common after first adding fish. However, I am not sure that a mini-cycle would commonly cause bacterial bloom.

I would keep an eye on it for a few days and see if it goes away on it's own. Just make sure the fish are behaving normally and not gasping for oxygen.

They are and theyre not.....happiest bunch ive ever seen
