Do I have a problem?

Is this Algae? I just cleaned my fry tank and after adding water I noticed a lot of stuff floating around. I only have 2 fry so I know they are not generating that much mess. Then I noticed my fake log and plant was lightly coated with something.

What is it and what should I do?

Could be a few things, hard to tell from that pic, anything from a fungus to a slime mold, or if your aquarium has been kept in the dark a white algae from lack of chlorophyll.

did you notice it on any fish, and how often do you vacume the gravel?

there are only 2 fry in the tank both 1 month old. they have not been generating a lot of debris so I have only really been doing a vacuum every two weeks.

It's a harmless mold/fungus commonly found on driftwood that isn't fully cured. Since it's on a decoration, I would remove it and wash it well before putting it back into the tank. Then add some 100% polyfill into your filter to start collecting some of the fine detris floating in the water.
